For a unproblematic order:
Instead of becomming easier, some things are becomming even more complicated. In the Internet Explorer version 7 and newer for example, you cant set the cookie preference in the tab "Security" any more. Now there is a seperate tab "Data Privacy".
So if you can't login, caus your cookies are disallowing that and you are using the Internet Explorer 7 or newer, you can set the preference at the tab "Data Privacy" and lift the controller to "allow all cookies". After this you should be able to place orders in every onlineshop. If you can't find the cookie preferences at the tab "data privacy" you may using an older version of the Internet Explorer. In this case you can find it at the tab "Security"
By the way, cookies can always be allowed. Thereis no dangerous or abusing data saved in it. Cookies are just used to save your own preferences and the products you put into your basket. Unfortunately it's the only way to place an order in onlineshops.
For the correct display of all pictures:
We are always updating our shop with new products or productvariations for example. There can arise the problem that there are old pictures saved in the cache of your computer, even by already updated pictures in our shop. That means you visited our shop some time before and your computer is remembering the pictures of your last visit. But if using Internet Explorer 7 or newer it does not identify picture-updates.
In this case you have 2 options:
The first one is to press the key "F5" - so the actuall seen website is being updated (can also be a problem because you have to do this on every new opened site of the shop)
The second and better one is to click at the web options at the tab "Gerneral" on the button "Preferences".
A new window will pop up. In that you have to choose the first option and confirm. Now all website will be automatically updated.
With this setup of the preferences there are no security risks, just some more data traffic.
Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
Following an order, the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is incorporated into this web page in order to display our Trusted Shops trustmark for buyers and the eventually collected reviews, as well as the Trusted Shops product offer.
In balancing the various interests, this serves to safeguard our legitimate prevailing interests in an optimised marketing of our offer. The Trustbadge and the services advertised are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Köln.
Whenever a Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of retrieval, the data volume transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the retrieval. This access data will not be evaluated and will be automatically overwritten seven days after your visit to the page.
Other personal information will only be transferred to Trusted Shops if you decide, after completing an order, to use Trusted Shops products or have already registered for their use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
